The place is undergoing reconstruction probably for the worse. The deli and bakery are history now. Instead we will have to pay high prices for packaged goods stocked on shiny cabinets. The good news for now is they don't have AI cameras to intrude on your privacy

A comparatively small shopping mall. But you have the regular Coles, Woolworths etc. The best part is, during Christmas period you can take your family picture here with Santa. Typical timing is between 11am and 2pm. There's an elf there who helps you take your family picture, so just get dressed and come for your picture with Santa! You also get a sweet treat. All that for free and no booking necessary! Really loved that. Parking is available for free.

Went there yesterday to get a couple things for dinner, went to use my afterpay as I'm struggling with $$ atm and apparently it's not available anymore, you stingy mfs coles. Definitely going to start shopping at Aldi.

Had lots of good luck on specials for the things I wanted, like the alcohol free wine my elderly dad wanted . The only thing is - if it's on special, he wants six, and I'm short (all of five foot two), and can only reach the front two on the top shelf. Same problem in your Dianella store. Please put them on a lower shelf and put more out when on special 🙏 🙂

Really frustrated and shocked. It happened at 9.20am this morning 22 September. As there were no trolleys available inside the store, I had to use a children's trolley. I got too many items and was unable to carry them on my own. As I unpacked and scanned my items, a female team member of a Chinese appearance took my trolley away without any notice or anything. When I finished with the payment and was about to load my shopping, I noticed there is no trolley to load my groceries on! I approached her and asked if she knows where my trolley has gone. She replied "You are not allowed to take a children's trolley away from the store" and went to another customer, leaving me with full hands of items and no trolley. I have been shocked with such an attitude from your customer service member. I am never going back to this store.

Regularly have "several" items missing from click and collect. I have had items of 70 or 80 dollars missing from one shop. It is very difficult to notice one or two items missing, but I have reason to believe this is a long-standing problem. It takes another 30 minutes on the phone to sort it out, and it takes away the whole point of online shopping!!
